Whose products do we offer?

Insurance

We give advice in relation to contracts of insurance on the basis of an unlimited analysis of the market.

We give advice in relation to contracts of insurance from a limited number of insurers. We will provide the list of the insurers we offer insurance from upon request.

We give advice in relation to contracts of insurance from a single insurer.

What will you have to pay us for our services?

Insurance – The cost of our services

A Fee

No fee. We will receive a commission from the insurance company selected for life assurance & non-investment insurance.

Indemnity

If a fee for our services is to be deducted or a commission paid from a recommended product, should the product not proceed or be cancelled and this results in the non-payment of the fee or commission, the amount outstanding will be payable by you directly.

Treating Customers Fairly

We will always treat you fairly no matter what

One of the statutory objectives of the Financial Conduct Authority is that all firms must have regard to the information needs of its customers and treat their customers fairly. In addition, the Financial Conduct Authority has set out guidance on how firms can evidence that they are treating their customers fairly by way of ensuring that firms do not impose any barrier to customers making a complaint.

We seek to ensure that our handling of customer’s complaints meets these rules and expectations and are inherent within our processes and procedures.

You are advised that you can decide at any point during the investigation of your complaint to exercise your right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
